Naturally Nora
A line of all-natural cake and frosting mixes with homemade flavor launched in 2008. Nora Schultz, a former Campbell Soup Company executive, created the line in her home kitchen. Naturally Nora products are made entirely from all-natural ingredients; they do not contain any artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, hydrogenated oils, dairy or soy ingredients (either milk or soy milk can be added during preparation). All varieties are kosher and the cake mixes are vegan. Additionally, Naturally Nora’s whimsically designed packaging utilizes recycled materials and vegetable-based inks. The company is based in Princeton, NJ.
