Marvelous Francine Maroukian wrote a breakfast piece for the March Esquire and included our favorite chef, Steven Petrecca. Getting a nod from Francine is an honor; her standards are high and she carefully crafts her articles to include the perfect mix of chefs and their respective recipes. Also, like chef Petrecca, she loves sandwiches, the occassional Maker's Mark, and snuggling Luca.
